Ayan Mukerji speaks up on Alia Bhatt-Ranbir Kapoor’s love story

Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s much-awaited film ‘Brahmastra’ has already generated tremendous buzz. The duo are for the very first time working together in a film and it is being directed by their close friend Ayan Mukerji.

Now, Ayan took to his social media handle and shared a shot of three of them–Alia, Ranbir and himself–seated on a sofa and wrote a very captivating caption. As we all know, Ranbir and Alia have been dating for quite a while and seem to be enjoying each others company.

‘Brahmastra’ has been in the making since 2016. That is exactly what Ayan informs us. The shot is from a London studio, where the VFX of the film was underway. He also says that the brief given to his lead actors was simple — they had to make it work onscreen, as at its heart. This magnum opus is a love story and it also stars Amitabh Bachchan in a pivotal role.

The cast of the film recently went to Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh and unveiled the logo of the film.

‘Brahmastra’ apart from the heavyweight line up of Amitabh, Alia and Ranbir also stars Mouni Roy, Telugu superstar Nagarjuna among others. The film has been shot in Israel, Bulgaria and Mumbai.
