Did this Bollywood director ask Ranveer Singh to stay away from Deepika Padukone?

In an industry where relationships are often fragile, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh are going strong for quite some time now. Cupid struck when they met on the sets of ‘Ram Leela’, and the love-story began. With time, Deepika and Ranveer became our favourite B-town couple. Thus, it came as a shock when rumours of their breakup started doing the rounds on the internet.

But now, we get to hear a different side of the story altogether. If gossip mongers are anything to go by, then it’s none but YRF honcho Aditya Chopra who instructed Ranveer to stay away from Deepika!

Apparently, Aditya wants Ranveer to maintain the image of an eligible, fun-loving single guy, matching the theme of ‘Befikre’. Thus, Ranveer was asked to refrain from doing any more PDAs, until the film releases. While we are used to seeing them hand-in-hand usually, Ranveer and Deepika were recently spotted separately. That is when the breakup rumours were fueled even further.

Though, the good news is, the two recently came out from a party thrown by Ambanis’ holding hands.
