Deepika Padukone hikes her fees for ‘Padmavati’?

There have been reports that Sanjay Leela Bhansali has roped in Deepika Padukone to play Rani Padmavati in his period-drama ‘Padmavati’. The director and the actress will be teaming up for the third time after ‘Ram Leela’ and ‘Bajirao Mastani’, but this time the actress has decided to hike her fees for ‘Padmavati’.

A source in an entertainment web portal has quoted, “Deepika has hiked her fee for ‘Padmavati’.”

The movie also stars Ranveer Singh who will be apparently seen as Sultan Alauddin Khilji in the film. The movie has been in news for its star cast since a long time, but the makers are yet to make an official announcement.
