Also, there has been a strong buzz that Ranveer has bagged 22 ad deals! On this he says, “Even I don’t know the exact number. But it is a staggering one. This phase has been a long time coming… I was waiting for it. Now that it is happening, I am happy,” he said, adding, “In order to commit to ‘Bajirao Mastani’ I had to change my look. That was a bit restrictive, as I couldn’t do a lot of live shows and brand work. And I enjoy that. Advertising was my side thing (before my acting career took off). I used to be a copywriter. So, I am really looking forward to shooting for some of these ads.”

Ranveer who is currently shooting for Aditya Chopra’s directorial ‘Befikre’ with Vaani Kapoor, says it’s a welcome change from his ‘Bajirao Mastani’ days. He is hoping for his off screen camaraderie with Adi to translate on the big screen and work wonders for this movie.
