Kareena Kapoor Khan on nepotism

The Kangana Ranaut and Saif Ali Khan’s episode in this year’s ‘Koffee With Karan’ took an ugly turn after Kangana accused Karan Johar of nepotism, while jesting, on the couch. Later on, a war of words ensued between the two, on the same matter.

While most actors chose not to comment on the matter, there are actors like Sonam Kapoor who thought Kangana was wrong. But here is Kareena Kapoor Khan, who has absolutely the right things to say. Kareena decided to be give a neutral reaction and in an interview, she expressed her opinion saying, “I don’t take Karan’s show very seriously, probably because Karan is my brother and it is something that it’s a fun show.”

She added, “I don’t think that he himself take things seriously whatever he says on the show because he is a very free-spirited man. He is somebody who is very magnanimous and very big and very humane. So, I think it’s a show that’s meant to be in fun. I don’t think it’s meant to be dissected and talk about he said this and that… I don’t think so.”

On the work front, the actress is all set to come back to cinema with ‘Veerey Di Wedding’, which will be her first film post embracing motherhood. The movie also stars Sonam Kapoor and Swara Bhaskar, and will hit the screens this year.
