Bollywood superstar Salman Khan‘s ongoing 2002 Hit & Run Case had an RTO and a chemical analyst being cross examined here. During the last hearing, all the records of Salman Khan’s licence and legal paper regarding to it were examined. An RTO officer said that he found Salman Khan did not have a driving licence in his name when the incident occurred in 2002.

Chemical analyst Bala Shankar told the court that he received 6 ml of the blood for the analysis during the time of the accident. Later, he said that when he measured the blood sample it was 4 ml. He also stated that he could not read the name of Salman Khan properly which was written on the name tag of the blood sample tube. He also denied having any knowledge about the new methods of analyzing the blood samples.

Salman Khan’s lawyer, Shrikant Shivade, will continue to cross-examine him today. If convicted, Salman Khan could spend up to 10 years in prison.
