Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan among world’s 15 highest paid actors!

Bollywood is no less than Hollywood, not even in terms of money! Our Bollywood stars are at par with those of Hollywood and well, some of our Bollywood stars are way ahead of the international stars. Yes, the Forbes India Magazine recently unveiled the list of top 20 highest paid actors in the world and it has names of four Bollywood stars in it.

Ranking on 8th position, we have our King Khan Shah Rukh Khan. The Badshah of Bollywood, who enjoys a stardom worth millions, had an earnings of $33 million, or Rs 221.6 crore between June 1, 2015, and June 1, 2016.  He is followed by Akshay Kumar who stands at the position of No 10. This annual earnings for the given year was $31.5 million. His earnings equate to that of Hollywood star Brad Pitt. Next on number 14 we have our Bhaijaan, Salman Khan, who earned $28.5 million between June 1, 2015 to June 1, 2016 with films like ‘Prem Ratan Dhan Payo’, ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ and more.  Amitabh Bachchan holds a strong position of No 18 with earnings of $20 million.

Damn! Bollywood stars do mint money like crazy. Our ‘Mastani’ Deepika Padukone too has made her debut on ‘The World’s Highest Paid Actresses’ list.
