Tanmay Bhat targets Priyanka Chopra this time, gets an apt response in return

Stand up comedian Tanmay Bhat has always been in the spotlight, thanks to his digs at B-Town celebs. After cracking jokes on legendary singer Lata Mangeshkar and ace cricketer Sachin Tendulkar, this time Bhat targetted Priyanka Chopra. He tweeted, “When I say @priyankachopra’s name in my head I now automatically pronounce it like “Priyaaaanka Chopruh”. We are sure some other celeb would have taken an offense, but our PeeCee is cool as a cucumber and knows how to give it back in style. She replied, “I’m supposed to have the accent Tanmay, what happened to you? lol.”

Later, Tanmay tweeted saying, “PC fans, kyu mujhpe chadh rahe ho, it was meant to be a compliment what is wrong with some of you smh.” PeeCee too cooled the situation by saying it was a joke, “Guys it was a joke!! From me and him!! Comedy is the smartest form of entertainment!and @thetanmay has it down!xoxo.”
