Aamir Khan's 'Dangal' tranformation

A few days ago, Aamir Khan shared a video that showcased his physical transformation for his upcoming film ‘Dangal’ where he plays the role of a wrestler. The video showed Aamir Khan working really hard on his body in the gym and his transformation from an overweight 97 kg man to six pack abs. Of course, it is a tough task and now we have a fitness and wellness coach who is out to put up some practical points that will make you question the reliability of his transformation journey.

The fitness coach named Ranveer Allahbadia has a Facebook page called as BeerBiceps where he churns out fitness related information to the audiences. He has explained that it’s not humanly possible for a 51-year-old man to shed all those extra pounds in a span of six months. He is not in any way shaming Aamir Khan, but he is just trying to educate the average Indian man about the pros and cons of fitness and how it’s highly impossible for a man to workout in the gym for 6 months and attain a six pack abs. He explains how the process of natural body-building is very long and may take many years, so actors consume substances, steroids to quickly attain a six pack or an eight pack ab. His basic understanding is that Aamir Khan’s result video is only to motivate the common man but on a practical note, it won’t be possible without the help of steroids.
