Ranbir Kapoor on the sets of Yeh Jawaani hai Deewani refused to shoot until good friend Ayan Mukerji the director of the movie did not become a part of the song sequence being filmed.

According to source,“There is a scene where someone pops open a champagne bottle and even smears cake on a guy. However, it took some time for everyone to convince Ayan to be part of the shot. RK even wanted Ayan to wear a coat. Finally, the director Ayan Mukerji danced to Ranbir Kapoor’s tunes while shooting for their track ‘Badtameez Dil’
