Salman Khan has many tags Mentor,Bhai but the most apt one for him is Launch Pad .As be it a Katrina Kaif or a Sonakshi Sinha and the most recent ones Isabella Kaif, Suraj Pancholi or an Athiya Shetty. He will help them all to gain a foothold in the industry.

Salman Khan is not new to this as in the past most of his girlfriends(Aishwarya ,Katrina) were launched by him to a successful filmy career.At present he is helping launch Isabella Kaif in a crossover film Dr Cabbie, also Suraj Pancholi in the remake of Hero with Athiya Shetty(Sunil Shettys daughter).

Sallu has extended his helping hand to TV actor and former Big Boss contestant Sana Khan by launching her in his next soon to be released movie Mental.
