'Kalank': The reason Madhuri said 'YES', to working with Sanjay Dutt

The coming together of ex-flames Madhuri Dixit and Sanjay Dutt for Karan Johar’s magnum opus ‘Kalank’ set the social media on fire. The duo who has earlier shared screen space in ‘Saajan’, ‘Khalnayak’ among others, will be reuniting after 20 odd years for the multistarrer.

But not many know the real reason Madhuri agreed to be a part of the mega project.

As per sources, “Madhuri Dixit has agreed to be a part of Kalank because there were no close-up scenes written between Sanjay Dutt and her. Though the two are paired opposite each other, there are not many scenes of the two together. Apparently, Madhuri insisted on the same and the story has been written in a way to adhere her demand.”(Also Check: ‘Kalank’: Kiara Advani shoots a special dance number with Varun Dhawan)
