Prakash Jha’s next – inspired by Asaram Bapu

Prakash Jha’s next could be a movie that might be inspired by life of self proclaimed Godman – Asaram Bapu. He has given indication that the subject of his next movie will be ‘Satsang’.

As source close to the director says, “For now, Prakash Jha wants to shift his interest towards masala movies, yet keeping burning social issue of society as base of project. His next movie will be on Satsang inspired by Asaram Bapu’s life.”

Asaram has been accused by the 16-year-old daughter of one of his disciples from Uttar Pradesh’s Shahjahanpur district of sexual assault.
