According to the latest reports, the makers of ‘Shubh Mangal Zyada Saavdhaan‘ have got a big shock upon realizing that the film has been banned in the Middle Eastern countries such as Dubai and UAE. The film is being helmed by Hitesh Kewalya, and apparently, the makers have chopped down the kissing scene of Ayushmann Khurrana and Jitendra in order to release the film in these countries. However, their request for releasing the film (with the edited version) is said to have been rejected by both the countries.

Extending his views on the film, Ayushmann had informed ET Times, “This is the first attempt of Hindi cinema and the commercial zone that we are making a popcorn entertaining film for the masses. Whoever will watch the film whoever will consume this film will laugh out loud, they will get entertained, and people who are homophobes, I think automatically and organically, that message will seep in them that they will become more receptive towards homosexuals.”
