Aamir Khan Leaves Home, Rents 4 Flats Near Shah Rukh Khan’s Temporary Address Worth Rs 24.5 Lakh; Here’s Why

Superstar Aamir Khan has recently rented four apartments in the upscale Pali Hill area of Bandra, Mumbai. These flats are located in Wilnomona Apartment on Nargis Dutt Road.

Aamir Khan Rents New Apartments In Pali Hill

According to reports, Aamir made this move because his current building, Virgo Cooperative Housing Society, is about to undergo redevelopment. He owns about 12 apartments in that society. The redevelopment is being managed by Atmosphere Realty, a joint venture between the Wadhwa Group, MICL, and Chandak Group.

The new building will feature high-end sea-facing apartments. Prices could cross Rs 1 lakh per square foot, with some flats expected to sell for more than Rs 100 crore.

Aamir Khan has taken the four Wilnomona flats on lease for five years, from May 2025 to May 2030. There is a 45-month lock-in period during this time, meaning he cannot move out before that.

The lease was officially registered on May 20, 2025. Documents show that Aamir paid over Rs 4 lakh in stamp duty and Rs 2,000 as a registration fee. The security deposit is over Rs 1.46 crore, and the rent will increase by 5% every year.

The flats were rented from a person named Wilfred Anthony Jose Pereira. Neither Aamir nor the property owner has commented on the deal.
Interestingly, Wilnomona is only about 750 metres away from Puja Casa, where Shah Rukh Khan is currently staying while his house, Mannat, is being renovated.

The Pali Hill area is home to many Bollywood celebrities, including Shah Rukh Khan, Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Jackie Shroff, and Sanjay Dutt. Aamir Khan is now among the stars making real estate moves in this posh neighbourhood.
