Despite this, the film continues to perform well and has set several box office records. Recently, Aamir Khan joined the praise for Dhurandhar 2, expressing his admiration and congratulating the team on its success, emphasising that hard work always pays off.

Dhurandhar The Revenge has taken the box office by storm just days after its release. Starting with paid previews on March 18, the Ranveer Singh-starrer has been breaking records and drawing packed audiences. Directed by Aditya Dhar, the film is a sequel to Dhurandhar (2025). It was the highest-grossing Hindi film of that year.

The sequel explores the rise of Singh’s character, Hamza Ali Mazari, in the Karachi underworld, revealing his origins as Jaskirat Singh Rangi and tracing his journey. Produced by Jio Studios and B62 Studios, the film features a star-studded cast including Sanjay Dutt, R Madhavan, Rakesh Bedi, and Arjun Rampal.

Aamir Khan’s Upcoming Projects

Aamir Khan confirmed that 2 films from his production house are scheduled for release this year. The first, Ek Din, starring Junaid Khan and Sai Pallavi, is set to hit theatres on May 1. The second, Lahore 1947, is expected to be released in August. He also hinted at another project, Ati Sundar. It is likely to be released towards the end of the year.
