After Shah Rukh Khan, Aamir Khan To Move Out Of His Pali Hill Home Due To Renovation- Report

There’s major redevelopments and renovation work happening in Bandra and Bollywood celebs aren’t safe from it either. Just days after we read the news of Shah Rukh Khan and his family moving out of the superstar’s iconic Bandstand home Mannat owing to major renovation work being done there, we have now come across reports of Aamir Khan’s long-time residence all set to undergo redevelopment. In fact, reports are now circulating that the ‘Sitare Zameen Par’ actor will be leaving his Pali Hill home soon. Read on to know all the details.

Aamir Khan To Move Out Of His Pali Hill Home

As per multiple media reports, Aamir Khan will be moving out of his Pali Hill home as his building is preparing for some major redevelopment and renovation work. According to reports, Man Infraconstruction Limited (MICL) – a real estate developer, has taken the reins to transform Khan’s Virgo Cooperative Housing Society into an ultra-luxury project in Pali Hill. Khan reportedly owns multiple apartments.

As part of the redevelopment deal, all existing residents will be given flats in the rehab component of the redeveloped project. Manan Shah – the Managing Director of MICL Group, has stated that the redeveloped building will boast swanky 4 and 5 BHK flats with a sea view. According to business sources, these stylish home are likely to cost an upwards of Rs 100 crore. In fact, a Hindustan Times report noted that cost of these ultra luxurious apartments will be over Rs 1 lakh per sq ft.

As per a Square Yards report, Aamir Khan recently purchased a 1,027 sq ft apartment in the same neighbourhood for Rs 9 crore. The actor reportedly completed the purchase in June 2024 after paying a stamp duty of Rs 58.5 lakh and a registration fee of Rs 30,000.
