Aamir Khan’s Team Shuts Down Claims Of His Involvement In Coolie’s Release Strategy; Says, “Cameo Is Purely For Lokesh Kanagaraj & Rajinikanth”

Aamir Khan Productions has put an end to all the rumours about Aamir Khan being involved in the distribution of the upcoming film Coolie. A spokesperson from the production house clearly stated that neither Aamir Khan nor anyone from his team has taken part in the distribution process of Coolie. They confirmed that Aamir Khan has not contacted any exhibitor or distributor regarding the film.

The spokesperson explained that Aamir’s special appearance in Coolie is not a business move. The statement reads, “Neither Aamir Khan, nor anyone from his team, is involved in the distribution of Coolie. Mr Khan has not made any calls to any exhibitor or distributor. His cameo in the film is purely a gesture of his bond with director Lokesh Kanagaraj and Rajinikanth. Everyone at AKP, especially Aamir Khan, is thrilled with the success of Sitaare Zameen Par’s YouTube release and is overjoyed with the response it has received.”

Aamir Khan’s cameo in Coolie is just a sweet show of support to two people he deeply respects – Lokesh Kanagaraj and Rajinikanth. He is not involved in any part of the film’s distribution or promotion.

This clears up all the false reports and highlights that sometimes, stars make appearances simply out of love and respect, without any business angle behind it.
