Acclaimed filmmaker Priyadarshan is back with his next venture, Haiwaan, a high-octane thriller headlined by Akshay Kumar and Saif Ali Khan. The film went on floors today in Kochi and will also be filmed across Ooty and Mumbai.

This marks the much-awaited reunion of Akshay and Saif after 17 years, promising an edge-of-the-seat cinematic experience. Both the actors and the makers shared the exciting news with fans on social media. The duo has a long history, including films like Main Khiladi Tu Anari, and their reunion in Haiwaan marks a significant gap since Tashan.

Akshay Kumar has reunited with renowned filmmaker Priyadarshan as the two officially begin shooting for their highly anticipated film Haiwaan. A behind-the-scenes video from the sets captures Akshay in high spirits, seen sharing laughs and lighthearted moments with the director and crew on location.

In addition to Haiwaan, producer Mr Venkat K Narayana is also backing the highly anticipated Thalapathy 69, Toxic and KD. KVN Productions produces Haiwaan in association with Thespian Films, and jointly produced by Venkat K Narayana and Shailaja Desai Fenn.

Saif Ali Khan was last seen in the heist-thriller ‘Jewel Thief: The Heist Begins’. Akshay Kumar has recently wrapped ‘Bhooth Bangla’, directed by Priyadarshan.
