Ali Zafar files a Rs 100 million defamation case against Meesha Shafi

Pakistani singer and actor Ali Zafar found himself in a middle of a controversy when Meesha Shafi accused him of sexual harassment. It all started when the singer accused Ali of sexual harassment via a Twitter post.

Ali soon retaliated in his defence and shared a post and wrote that the allegations levied by Meesha were baseless and false. (Also Read: Momina Mustehsan urges Ali Zafar to apologise)

The matter escalated further when many more women joined Meesha and accused Ali of sexual harassment.

Ali has now decided to take a legal turn and has filed a Rs 100 Million defamation suit against Meesha. Now the beauty has to either prove that her claims of sexual harassment are true or render a public apology.
