Anil Sharma CONFIRMS Apne 2 With Dharmendra, Sunny & Bobby Deol; Says, “Script Is Ready”

Director Anil Sharma has confirmed that Apne 2, the sequel to the 2007 hit Apne, is definitely in the works. The original film brought Dharmendra, Sunny Deol, and Bobby Deol together on screen for the first time and was a success at the box office.

Anil Sharma Confirms Apne 2 Is Happening

Anil Sharma recalled that when he first shared the script of Apne, the Deol trio quickly agreed. Dharmendra was emotional, and Bobby and Sunny were equally excited to be part of the film. Speaking to News18 Showsha, Sharma shared, “The scripting for Apne 2 is complete. I’m working on many projects at once and trying to manage them all.”

However, he added that Apne 2 may not be his next film after Vanvaas, as he is also working on Gadar 3 and a love story. Apne followed the story of a father who dreams of seeing his sons succeed in boxing, a dream he couldn’t fulfil himself.
