Dhurandhar 2 The Revenge Mollywood

Ever since its release on March 19, Dhurandhar The Revenge has been on a relentless box office rampage, cementing its position as one of the biggest blockbusters of the year. Headlined by Ranveer Singh and directed by Aditya Dhar, the high-octane spy thriller has not only shattered records but also sparked widespread conversations online. From its gripping storyline to power-packed performances, Dhurandhar 2 has kept audiences hooked, with fans actively dissecting scenes, decoding hidden details, and celebrating its larger-than-life characters across social media platforms.

What If Ranveer Singh’s Dhurandhar 2 Was Made In Mollywood?

Amid the growing buzz, a fan-made AI video adds a fresh twist to the Dhurandhar universe, reimagining the film with Malayalam actors. The creative reinterpretation has quickly grabbed attention online, blending the intensity of the original with a distinctly new flavour.

Shared on Instagram on March 31 by AI artist Akhil Vinayak, who goes by the name Kanavu Kadha, the video envisions a parallel casting of the film’s characters with popular Mollywood stars stepping into iconic roles.

At the centre of this imaginative exercise is Fahadh Faasil as Rahman Dakait, a character originally portrayed by Akshaye Khanna. Known for his nuanced portrayals of complex and often menacing characters, Fahadh’s AI-generated look captures a brooding intensity that aligns seamlessly with the role’s volatile nature.

AI Stars THESE Actors As Hamza Ali Mazari, Rehman Dakait, Yalina

Another striking reimagination features Unni Mukundan stepping into the shoes of Hamza Ali Mazari, originally played by Ranveer Singh. The visuals depict him embodying the rugged charm and commanding screen presence associated with the character, including high-stakes moments like leading gang conflicts and orchestrating explosive sequences.

The artist extends this creative vision across the ensemble cast. Nazriya Nazim brings a sense of innocence to Yalina, a role played by Sara Arjun in the original. Dulquer Salmaan is imagined as Uzair Baloch, originally portrayed by Danish Pandor, while Joju George steps into the intimidating shoes of SP Aslam, a character played by Sanjay Dutt.

The alternate casting continues with Soubin Shahir as Mohammad Aalam, Prithviraj Sukumaran as Major Iqbal, originally played by Arjun Rampal. And Johny Antony reimagined as Jameel Jamali, a role essayed by Rakesh Bedi.

While purely a fan-driven creation, the AI video has struck a chord with audiences, sparking conversations about cross-industry casting and the versatility of Indian actors across languages. As Dhurandhar The Revenge continues its blockbuster run, such imaginative reinterpretations only add to its cultural footprint, proving that the film’s impact extends far beyond the big screen and into the creative imagination of its fans.
