Actor Aditya Roy Kapur landed into trouble as an unknown woman reportedly entered his home in Bandra West, Mumbai. This happened just days after a similar case at Salman Khan’s building. The trespassing at Aditya’s house took place on Monday, May 26, 2025, while the actor was away for a film shoot.
FIR Filed Under Woman On House-Trespass Charges
His manager informed the Mumbai Police, who registered a case against the woman, identified as 47-year-old Gazala Jhakaria Siddique. She claimed she only wanted to give a gift to the actor.
According to the First Information Report (FIR), the incident happened at Aditya’s residence in Rizvi Complex, Bandra West. His domestic help, Sangita Pawar, 49, was alone at home. Around 6 p.m., she answered the doorbell and saw a woman asking if the house belonged to actor Aditya Roy Kapur.
When Sangita confirmed it was his home, the woman said she had brought clothes and other gifts for him. Believing her story, Sangita allowed her to enter. Later, when Aditya returned from his shoot, he was told about the woman waiting to meet him.
However, Aditya did not recognize her. When she tried to approach him, he quickly left the house and contacted the building’s society manager, Jayashree Dunkdu. The manager then called Aditya’s manager, Shruti Rao, who came to the house and informed the Khar Police.
The police arrived at the scene and began questioning the woman. She introduced herself as Gazala Jhakaria Siddique and said she lived in Dubai. However, she avoided answering how she reached the actor’s home or why she entered without permission.
After a basic investigation, the police concluded that the woman had unlawfully entered the house with possible criminal intent. An FIR was filed against her under Section 331(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, which deals with punishment for house-trespass or house-breaking. The investigation is ongoing.
