Gauahar Khan, Zaid Darbar Welcome Baby Boy For The 2nd Time; Shares, “Love And Blessing For Our Elated Family”

Actress Gauahar Khan and her husband Zaid Darbar have welcomed their second child, a baby boy. The couple announced the birth of their second child, a baby boy. The baby was born on September 1, 2025. The happy news was shared on Instagram, where the couple posted a sweet note.

During her pregnancy, Gauahar often shared glimpses of her journey with fans. In her third trimester, she posted a funny video showing her mood swings and exhaustion. Lip-syncing to Kangana Ranaut’s famous interview line, she humorously expressed how much she enjoyed doing nothing in her final month. She captioned it, “Sach Much!!!” adding hashtags that highlighted her emotions in the last stages of pregnancy.

Gauahar and Zaid tied the knot in December 2020. Zaid is the son of music director Ismail Darbar and is also an actor. In May 2023, they were blessed with their first child, a son named Zehaan. The couple often shares family updates on social media, showing how involved Zaid is as a loving father.

Gauahar opened up about a personal struggle before her first pregnancy. In her podcast, she revealed that she had suffered a miscarriage before giving birth to Zehaan. She shared that she lost the baby at around nine weeks and described the experience as extremely painful and difficult to put into words. She hopes to discuss it more in future episodes to inspire strength in other women.

On the professional front, Gauahar was last seen in Fauji 2, where she played Lieutenant Colonel Simarjeet Kaur. The series, a sequel to Shah Rukh Khan’s iconic 1989 show Fauji, aired on DD National and is also streaming online.
