In a recent interview, following his debut in Nadaaniyan, Ibrahim Ali Khan described Palak Tiwari as a “good friend,” but he refrained from offering any further details about their relationship. “She’s sweet. That’s all,” he shared with Filmfare.

The dating rumours between Ibrahim Ali Khan and Palak Tiwari first emerged in 2022 when the paparazzi captured them together. Their appearances together at a concert in Mumbai further fueled speculation, leading many to believe they were romantically involved.

Palak Tiwari, discussing the topic in an interview with Siddharth Kannan, clarified that they are simply “nice friends.” She explained, “We were just out, and we got papped. That’s where it ends. It was just us in a group, not just the two of us. That’s how the narrative developed, but we are actually just nice friends. He is a very sweet guy, and we talk sometimes, and that’s all there is to it.”

In December 2024, Palak’s mother, actress Shweta Tiwari, weighed in on the ongoing dating rumours, stating that she no longer paid attention to such social media chatter. “Rumours don’t bother me anymore. Over the years, I’ve realized people forget things quickly, so why bother? According to rumours, my daughter is dating every third guy, and I’m getting married every year. The internet claims I’m already married thrice. These things don’t affect me anymore. They used to, especially when social media didn’t exist, and journalists often wrote negatively. After navigating that era, nothing really impacts me now,” Shweta shared with SCREEN.
