Khushi Kapoor took to Instagram on Friday to extend a warm birthday wish to Shikhar Pahariya. Posting an adorable image of the two on her story, she wrote, “Happy birthday to my favourite person @shikharpahariya.”

The photo features a Polaroid-style snapshot of Shikhar warmly hugging Khushi. Attached to a clipboard, it exudes a scrapbook-inspired, intimate vibe. A handwritten message at the bottom of the Polaroid reads, “Happy Birthday to my favourite ily.” For the unversed, Khushi Kapoor shares a close bond with Shikhar Pahariya and is often seen spending time with him and her sister, Janhvi Kapoor.

Janhvi-Shikhar’s Relationship Timeline

Janhvi and Shikhar’s relationship dates back several years, with the two having been childhood friends before their bond evolved into a romantic one. Rumours about their relationship first surfaced in 2016, though they chose not to publicly address them at the time.

Reports suggest the couple briefly parted ways following Janhvi’s Bollywood debut in 2018. However, they reportedly rekindled their relationship in 2022 and have since been frequently spotted together at public events and gatherings. Speaking about their bond earlier, Janhvi said, “I think my dreams have always been his dreams. And, his dreams have always been my dreams. We’ve been very close. Meanwhile, Janhvi Kapoor, who made her acting debut with Shashank Khaitan’s Dhadak, has featured in films such as Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl, Roohi, Mili, and Bawaal. Talking about Shikhar Pahariya, he is an Indian entrepreneur and polo player, and the grandson of former Maharashtra Chief Minister Sushilkumar Shinde. He also co-founded the entertainment and gaming company Indiawyn and has represented India in international polo tournaments.
