IIFA 2025: Mahima Chaudhry’s Daughter Aryana Is Ready To Join Bollywood? Actress Breaks Silence On The Plans- Watch

The 25th edition of the International Indian Film Academy Awards – aka IIFA 2025, took place in Jaipur, Rajasthan over the weekend and it was a star-studded affair. Held on March 8 and 9, the two-day extravaganza saw the who’s who of Bollywood walk the Green Carpet, interact with the media and even set the stage on fire with their dance/hosting performances.

One of the many celebs snapped on the Green Carpet was actress Mahima Chaudhry. While interacting the media, the ‘Dhadkan’ actress – who is also a breast cancer survivor, got candid about her her plans for her daughter Aaryana and whether or no her now-teen kid will be part of Bollywood. Mahima Chaudhry’s Daughter Aryana To Join Bollywood?

When asked if her daughter hopes to make her Bollywood debut soon, Mahima Chaudhry replied, “I don’t know. Right now, she’s doing her 12th and I want her to finish it. Finishing her schooling is very important and then (later) we will discuss anything. Before this, if you put any ideas into children’s heads then… “

She continued, “And she’s pretty studious, she’s a very hardworking girl… She says, ‘Mama, after my 12th, I’ll work and you stay at home. I’ll take care of all the expenses.’ So I say, ‘Okay. We’ll see.'” Getting a little emotional about her daughter’s sweet gesture, Maaima added, “Just the thought, as a mother I get very teary and emotional and all that but the thought that someone is serious about work so early is nice.”

Talking about whether she would advise her daughter to join the film industry, the actress said, “The film industry is a wonderful place to be. You get a lot of love from people and it’s unimaginable… There was a time when I was not doing cinemas but when I meet people the love, the memories they have with my films and songs, how my songs have made a difference to their lives, to their romances… it’s amazing. It’s a lovely place to be. I love the film industry.”
