Sonam Kapoor was seen stepping out in Mumbai on Monday, as she prepares to welcome her second child with her husband, businessman Anand Ahuja. In a video shared by paps, Sonam interacted with the photographers outside a store she visited in the city. She is set to become a mother again this year, having announced her pregnancy in 2025.

Sonam Kapoor Responds As Paps Ask About Her Health

During her outing, as Sonam Kapoor posed for photographs, paps asked her, “Health kaesi hai aapki?” (How’s your health?). Smiling warmly, the actress replied, “Sab theek hai” (Everything is fine, thank you). Before heading to her car, she also took a moment to pose for a selfie with a fan. For the outing, she chose a chic white outfit, matching shoes, and a bag, tying her hair into a bun and shielding her eyes with dark sunglasses.

Sonam Announced Her Pregnancy Last Year

In November 2025, Sonam revealed her second pregnancy through a heartfelt Instagram post. She shared a series of pictures showcasing her baby bump and captioned it simply with “Mother.” In the photos, she wore a vibrant pink wool suit with oversized padded shoulders and a softly curved shoulder line. She later shared the same post on her Instagram Stories, hinting that her due date is in Spring 2026.

Sonam and Anand tied the knot on May 8, 2018, in a traditional ceremony. They welcomed their first child, son Vayu, on August 20, 2022. Expressing their joy, the couple shared, “On 20.08.2022, we welcomed our beautiful baby boy with bowed heads and open hearts. Thank you to all the doctors, nurses, friends, and family who supported us on this journey. It’s only the beginning, but we know our lives are forever changed.”
