Monali Thakur reveals how she’s been stuck in Switzerland due to coronavirus-watch video

Singer-actress Monali Thakur is currently in Switzerland and we all know that she is currently in a relationship with Maik Richter, who is a businessman in Switzerland. Taking to her Instagram handle, Monali has shared a video from Europe where she is talking about the novel coronavirus and why it is necessary to take precautions to stop it from spreading. In the video, Monali says that currently Switzerland is in a lockdown mode as many people are infected by the virus but she is totally alright.

She says that people should understand the gravity of the situation and not make fun and take it lightly. She is stuck in Switzerland as no flights are allowed to India and she is proud that the Indian government is taking the steps. Monali also said that coronavirus mostly affects the one with a weak immune system, especially old people. So, she is worried about her parents-her father who had a brain hemorrhage and her mother who is a Parkinson patient and also they have diabetics.

Monali captioned the video, “DISASTROUS CONSEQUENCES OF UNCONTROLLED SPREAD OF CORONA VIRUS IN INDIA!
I am extremely worried about my entire country and it’s economy and healthcare system.. And I humbly request everyone to please spread awareness and don’t let this virus spread to the entire population at the same time.. this is not so crazy a disease.. but all falling sick together in millions will crash our health care system and economy completely.. I hope we all do our bit in stopping this disaster.”(sic)
