Kartik Aaryan was seen filming in Delhi throughout the day for his upcoming movie Naagzilla. The actor is making the most of the winter season in Delhi as he shoots for director Mrighdeep Singh Lamba’s project. After his photos from Laxmi Nagar went viral, it was revealed that the shoot location has now shifted to India Gate.

Kartik was also spotted shooting an action sequence, showcasing some impressive fight moves against the villains. He has been in Delhi for the past two days, with Naagzilla marking a reunion between Kartik and producer Karan Johar. The production team moved to Delhi after wrapping up their schedule in Mumbai.

His shoot at the Laxmi Nagar metro station on Tuesday drew a lot of attention, with crowds gathering to catch a glimpse of their favourite star.

Karan Johar-Kartik Aaryan’s Collaboration

Initially, Karan Johar and Kartik Aaryan were set to collaborate on Dostana 2. But the project fell through, hinting at a fallout between the actor and producer. However, the duo later reunited for Tu Meri Main Tera Main Tera. And now Naagzilla marks another significant step in their renewed partnership. The film’s mahurat ceremony took place in November 2025, with Karan Johar himself attending the event.

Kartik Aaryan will portray Preyamvadeshwar Pyare Chand, an Ichadaari Naag. The first look was released in April. Karan Johar shared a motion poster and teased the film’s release on August 14, 2026, during Naag Panchami. The film promises to blend fantasy, folklore, and entertainment, though plot details remain under wraps. It will be produced by Karan Johar, Mahaveer Jain, Adar Poonawalla, Apoorva Mehta, Mrighdeep Singh Lamba, and Sujit Jain. Naagzilla has franchise potential based on its performance. Rumours suggest Ravi Kishan has joined the cast, though official confirmation is awaited. This marks Kartik Aaryan’s second collaboration with Karan Johar, following Tu Meri Main Tera. The movie is set to release in theatres on August 14, 2026.
