Priyanka Chopra Sells 4 Luxurious Apartments In Mumbai For THIS Whopping Amount

Priyanka Chopra Jonas has sold four luxury apartments in the Oberoi Sky Gardens project located in Mumbai for a total of Rs 16.17 crore. The four apartments include a combined unit, with three situated on the 18th floor and one on the 19th floor. The apartments are of the prestigious Oberoi Sky Gardens in the Lokhandwala Complex.

Her apartment is located on the 18th floor, this unit has a built-up area of 1,075 sq. ft. It was sold for Rs. 3.45 crore, with a stamp duty of Rs. 17.26 lakh. It includes one designated parking space. The second apartment is also on the 18th floor, this 885 sq. ft. flat fetched Rs 2.85 crore, with a stamp duty of Rs 14.25 lakh. It, too, comes with one parking spot. Her third apartment is a unit on the 19th floor, spans 1,100 sq. ft. It was sold for Rs 3.52 crore, with a stamp duty of Rs 21.12 lakh. The actress’ fourth apartment is a Jodi Flat, which combines the 18th and 19th floors. This spacious flat covers 1,985 sq. ft. and was sold for Rs 6.35 crore. The deal included a stamp duty of Rs 31.75 lakh and comes with two parking spaces.

The transaction documents were officially registered on March 3, 2025. As of now, inquiries have been made to Oberoi Realty. The Chopra’s management is yet to comment. All the documents have been accessed by IndexTap.

Priyanka’s Properties Purchases

In 2024, Chopra’s family leased a bungalow in Koregaon Park, Pune, to The Urban Nomads Community for Rs 2 lakh monthly rental. It was proceeded with a security deposit of Rs 6 lakh secured. This agreement was signed by her mother, Madhu Chopra, and brother, Siddharth Chopra. Additionally, in 2023, the actress sold two penthouses in the Lokhandwala Complex for Rs 6 crore. The penthouses, located in Karan Apartment, featured a combined area of 2,292 sq. ft., with the smaller unit sold for Rs 2.25 crore and the larger for Rs 3.75 crore.

In June 2021, Chopra leased an office space in Oshiwara, Andheri West, for Rs 2.11 lakh per month, and previously sold two residential units in Versova for Rs 7 crore in March 2021. Since her marriage to American singer Nick Jonas in 2018, Priyanka Chopra has been residing in Los Angeles with him and their daughter, Malti Marie Chopra Jonas.
