Priyanka NOT going to Bareilly to receive her honorary Doctorate. Find out why

We earlier reported that the Bareilly Interntional University has decided to confer an honorary Doctorate degree to actress Priyanka Chopra. The actress was supposed to fly to Bareilly to receive the honour today.

However, due to heavy fog, the air traffic in Mumbai was considerably impacted and PeeCee’s flight got called off. (Also Read: Priyanka Chopra is one down to earth celebrity and we have proof!)

She later took to Twitter to express her disappointment and wrote, “I can’t believe the ATC won’t let me take off…saying it’s not safe..my heart is breaking..this was supposed to be such a special moment. I actually may miss it..#Bareillycalling.”
