Priyanka Chopra’s regional film ‘Pahuna – The Little Visitors’ gets a release date

Priyanka Chopra‘s Purple Pebble Production and Children’s Film Society, India (CFSI)’s regional film ‘Pahuna – The Little Visitors’ is all set to hit the theatres across India on 7th Dec 2018. The Paakhi Tyrewala directorial is the first Sikkimese film to be dubbed in 14 languages and was released last year in May at the Cannes Film Festival. The movie was also showcased at the Toronto International Film Festival where it had received a standing ovation. It was also showcased at the Indian Kaleidoscope Film Festival in New York last year.

Priyanka Chopra took to her social media handle and revealed the release date of the movie. She wrote, “The wait is finally over… Pahuna – The little visitor’s releases in theatres across India on 7th Dec 2018. This is a very special film and I can’t wait to share it with you all. #Pahuna7thDec”

Pahuna‘ is the story of three children bonding together and making a new home for themselves after being separated from their parents while fleeing Nepal during an unrest. The film showcases their journey from that point on and how they cope and bond with each other.

Priyanka, at the moment, is busy hosting a bachelorette party for her friends in Amsterdam. Pictures and videos of her outing have been trending since a long time. She is reportedly all set to tie the knot with beau Nick Jonas by the end of this year.

On the work front, Peecee will next be seen in Shonali Bose’s next ‘The Sky Is Pink’. The movie also features Farhan Akhtar and Zaira Wasim in pivotal roles.
