Raghav Juyal Recalls FIRST Visit To Shah Rukh Khan’s Mannat, Mother’s Reaction To It; Shares, “By Mistake, I Asked Aryan Khan Which Was His Room”

After impressing the audience in Kill, Raghav Juyal has been receiving immense love from critics and the audience for his performance in The Ba***ds of Bollywood. Directed and co-written by Aryan Khan, the Netflix show see the dancer-turned host-turned actor shinning bright as Parvez alongside Lakshya, Bobby Deol and others.

During a recent chat, the actor – who was once known as the ‘King of Slow Motion’, opened up about visiting Shah Rukh Khan’s Bandra home Mannat, his mother’s reaction to it and how Aryan is when not in front of the cameras.

Raghav Juyal On First Visit To Shah Rukh Khan’s Mannat

While talking to NDTV, Raghav Juyal opened up about his first time in Mannat and how his mother reacted to it. The ‘Kill’ actor – recalling the surreal experience, said, “The first time I entered Mannat, there was a scanner like the ones at the airport. I had to go through it because people were like, ‘Who is this guy? Has someone come to find work?’”

Sharing what happened after he entered the iconic sea-front bungalow located in Bandra’s Bandstand, the ‘Ba***ds Of Bollywood” actor said, “By mistake, I asked Aryan which was his room. Then I realised, this is Shah Rukh Khan’s house — you don’t have rooms here, you have full floors. Aryan just laughed and said, ‘Come, let’s go up.’ We sat there and jammed, and later went out for dinner with his friends.”

Revealing that he called his mother immediately after leaving Mannat to tell her about the visit, Raghav shared, “I told her, ‘Mummy, I just came from Mannat.’ She got so excited and started asking, ‘How is it from inside? How is their bathroom? Did you see the library?’ I had to tell her, ‘Mummy, I didn’t go there as a broker, please relax!’”

Talking about Aryan Khan’s personality — especially the calm and non serious side the public rarely sees, Raghav Juyal said, “Of course, he smiles. He laughs rolling on the ground. But on camera, he chooses not to. That’s his choice. He is crazy funny. He is something else. God has tuned him differently.”

Raghav further added, “I know he is Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan’s son, but he has a different identity of his own. He is Aryan Khan. He’s a genius — otherwise how could he do a show like this, to play with the public’s perception and make a whole satire on it? It’s a very brave step.”
