The clash between Ravana, empowered by intense meditation, and Lord Indra, as Ravana attempts to conquer the heavens, earth, and underworld, is a pivotal moment in the film.

As per the ETimes report that Yash will begin shooting his solo scenes for the Nitesh Tiwari-directed film this week. It will culminate in a massive action sequence with Kunal. Before the epic clash between Ram and Raavan, Ramayana delivers a visually stunning and emotionally charged showdown between Yash’s Raavan and Kunal Kapoor’s Lord Indra.
This pivotal battle, set against the backdrop of Raavan’s newfound, near-immortality, marks a turning point in the antagonist’s journey. Indra’s story doesn’t end in defeat. The source reveals that when Ram and Raavan finally clash in the climactic battle, Indra, having been almost vanquished, ultimately aids Ram by sending his celestial chariot. This act, though coming late in the film, is integral to shifting the tide of the final conflict.
Yash To Begin Shooting For Ramayana
Earlier, a source told Pinkvilla, “After wrapping up a major schedule of Toxic, Yash is all set to shift to the sets of Nitesh Tiwari’s directorial in Mumbai. He begins his journey on Ramayana by visiting the Shree Mahakaleshwar Temple in Ujjain. The visit highlights a cherished practice for the Rocking Star, who commences every new project with a temple visit.”

This showdown between Yash’s Ravana and Kunal’s Indra is expected to test the strength and spirit of both characters. Ramayana, a two-part saga, is slated to release on Diwali 2026 (part one) and Diwali 2027 (part two). The first schedule focused on visually stunning sequences featuring Yash. It is set to begin late April and last for approximately a month, after which Yash will move on to Toxic.
