Sajid Khan Undergoes Surgery After On-Set Accident; Sister Farah Khan Shares Major Update

Filmmaker Sajid Khan – who was hospitalised over the weekend after sustaining an injury on-sets in Mumbai, is doing much better now. Sajid’s filmmaker sister, Farah Khan recently confirmed that the surgery he underwent was a success.

For the unversed, the incident occurred while Khan was shooting for a project produced by Ektaa R Kapoor. Khan – who reportedly fractured his leg, received immediate medical response from the production team before being taken to a hospital for further treatment. As reported by Hindustan Times, Sajid Khan underwent surgery, and it was a success. Farah Khan, shared a crucial update, said, “The surgery is done, he is absolutely fine now.” Farah also informed the portal that Sajid was currently resting and responding well to treatment. She added that he is expected to recuperate completely before resuming his regular schedule.

Talking about Sajid, the filmmaker – who recently celebrated his 55th birthday, is known for writing and directing films such as Darna Zaroori Hai, Housefull, Housefull 2, Heyy Babyy, Himmatwala and Humshakals. He’s reportedly all set to return to directing after a significant hiatus.
