Shah Rukh Khan Declines Cameo In Rajinikanth’s Jailer 2 To Focus On King
At the same time, Shah Rukh Khan is deeply immersed in the development of his upcoming film King. Which is shaping up to be one of his most ambitious ventures yet. The film is progressing steadily and carrying added significance as it marks Suhana Khan’s big-screen debut. The actor is said to be prioritising its vision and exclusivity, ultimately influencing his decision regarding Jailer 2.
According to a report by Pinkvilla, Shah Rukh Khan was approached by the makers of Jailer 2 for a brief cameo that would require around five days of shooting. Initially, the actor was “open to the idea,” and even suggested that the film’s release be aligned after his upcoming project King. “As he wanted his appearance to remain exclusive to that film. He has a certain look in King, and he doesn’t want to have the same in any other film before,” the report said.

Despite opting out, Shah Rukh Khan reportedly spoke to Rajinikanth personally, expressing his interest in collaborating on a future project.
