‘Shocked’ Karan Johar Reveals 9-Year-Old Son Yash’s Exciting Business Proposal Of Wanting To Pay Rent In A Fun Twist- Watch

Karan Johar and his son Yash shared a delightful moment as they discussed a playful business proposal. The filmmaker took to Instagram on Monday to post an adorable video of Yash joking about paying rent. In the clip, Yash explains that he and his sister Roohi would like to pay rent to Karan once they grow up.

Karan Johar, Yash Have A Fun Banter On Paying Rent

The video begins with Karan sitting on a couch, smiling at Yash, who is seated in front of him. Karan asks, “Yes, you had a business proposal for me, Yash?” Yash responds cheerfully, “Yes, so when we grow up, we want to learn how to pay house rent. So every three months, you come to our room, knock on the door and say, ‘Monthly payment, can you please give us Rs 200?’”

Karan laughs and confirms, “So you’ll give me Rs 200 as rent for staying in my house in your bedroom? Roohi will also pay me Rs 200?” Yash nods, and Karan jokes, “That’s a total of Rs 400. Okay, so you’ll give me Rs 400 every month as rent?” Yash corrects him, saying it’s every three months, but Karan suggests, “Every month Rs 200? Promise? Deal struck?” Yash agrees.

Karan then asks, “Every month Rs 200? Deal?” Yash replies, “No, but what do you give us in return?” Karan, puzzled, asks, “Payback? I’m giving you the room to stay, what more?” Yash responds, “Otherwise, our money will go to waste. So we give you Rs 400, and you give us Rs 100 each.”

Stunned, Karan exclaims, “One minute! What kind of business deal is this?” Yash confidently says, “It’s a good deal.” Karan signs off the video with a chuckle, saying, “Not at all. Toodles.” He captioned the clip: “A business proposal from my son … do let me know if this is a good deal for me!!!!!!”
