Sonali Bendre makes a heart wrenching revelation regarding cancer

Life is full of ups and downs and just when you think you have figured everything out, it has a way of surprising you. Actress Sonali Bendre who is like a champion battling cancer has made an interesting revelation regarding her illness. And it involves her family. Sonali was diagnosed with cancer in July 2018 and is currently in India.

Now, Sonali Bendre was present at the fifth International Conference, organised by Consortium of Accredited Healthcare Organisation (CAHO) and said, “Early detection is most important. Right now the disease is less scary the treatment is actually more frightening and painful. If it were detected early, the cost of treatment would have been less. It would also have been a lesser painful treatment.”

The ‘Sarfarosh’ actress during diagnosis also got to know some of her family members also had cancer. Sonali said, “I wish I knew about it. I wouldn’t have thought this would happen to me… I felt if this was so prevalent why did I not know about it.”

Sonali though has become very strong and determined over the last year or so. The diva despite suffering from illness always has a smile on her face and is very close to her family.
