Sooraj Pancholi BREAKS DOWN At Kesari Veer Trailer Launch; Gets Honest About Long Absence From Bollywood- Watch

Sooraj Pancholi is an actor who appears in Hindi-language films. He debuted with the 2015 romantic action film Hero, for which he won a Filmfare Award for Best Newcomer. He also starred in the 2019 action drama film Satellite Shankar opposite Megha Akash. During Kesari Veer’s trailer launch, Sooraj Pancholi breaks down after Suniel Shetty praises him and opens up on his comeback.

Suniel Shetty Praises Sooraj Pancholi’s Hard Work

At the event, Suniel Shetty said, “This kid has put on a lot of hard work. He has gone through a lot in life. Everybody gets another opportunity. Trust me, this is the opportunity that the Almighty has given, that Mahadev has given (to Sooraj). You’ll see this in this film. He’s unbelievably good. For me, it’s like my son Ahan on screen, every time I see Sooraj. That’s the kind of effort he has put in. That’s why I pray for him, and I hope that the film works and creates the magic that we all believe it should.”

Sooraj Pancholi Breaks Down At Kesari Veer Trailer Launch

Sooraj Pancholi began by saying, “This is a very special film to all of us.” Before he could talk further, he had tears in his eyes, and he went silent. The media were also stunned, and a few seconds later, they all cheered for him. Suniel Shetty, meanwhile, comforted him.

When asked about what took him this much while to come back, Sooraj Pancholi answered, “Life. Many things I had to clear, my life, everyone knows about it. My mother says good things take time, I was waiting for the right film, right script, and I don’t think I could have got a better film than this one for my comeback.” Suniel Shetty reminded the audience of the obstacles Sooraj Pancholi faced in his life when he was accused of abetting the suicide of actress Jiah Khan. The court, however, acquitted him of all charges.

What Happened To Sooraj Pancholi?

The unexpected turn of events felt like a déjà vu for long-time fans. A decade ago, Sooraj Pancholi made his debut in Hero (2015), introduced by none other than superstar Salman Khan. It was during a tumultuous period in Sooraj’s life, marked by legal challenges. At the trailer launch, he became quite emotional, much like he did this time, with Salman there to offer him comfort once again.
