Sushmita Sen finally breaks her silence on break-up with Rohman Shawl

Actress Sushmita Sen recently announced her break-up with Rohman Shawl. Sharing a loved-up picture of both, she officially called it quits. Now, in an interview, the Aarya 2 actress opened up about her break-up. She told Hindustan Times that closure is important for both people so that they can move on in their lives. Sen said, “I’m 100% person. When I’m in love, I’m 100%. So, when we leave gracefully, we must do that 100%.”

For Sushmita, closure is a big thing. “When you are a public figure, the person involved with you is also in the public eye. Even if the person is there because you have put them there. So, it is not fair for his life or your life to be stuck with everyone feeling something or thinking it’s a relationship,” she added.

Unlike others, the former Miss Universe handled her break-up very gracefully. She was lauded for it. The caption in her post read, “We began as friends, we remain friends!! ?? On Wednesday, Sushmita shared a post on her Instagram handle on “looking forward to an incredible 2022.” Sharing a pic of her, she wrote, “A girl loves compliments!!! And boy, my timeline is blessed with an avalanche of those!!! Thank you beautiful people for being a part of my life & for believing in my journey!!! 2021 has been a gratifying year…with its delicious ups & downs (a graph called life). As we near the end of this year…I feel renewed, with a deep sense of gratitude…for all the goodness that has touched my life!! You are a big part of it!! I love you guys!! Look forward to an incredible 2022…A year of beautiful manifestations!!! Stay positive…hopeful & happy!!!, its all happening for you & not to you!!!”
