As reported by Hindustan Times, a source from a Mumbai court – on the condition of anonymity, revealed that Urmila Matondkar has filed for divorce. The exact reason for the split has not been revealed. However, it seems like the separation decision isn’t a mutual one. The source stated, “After careful consideration, Urmila has decided to call it quits on her marriage with Mohsin. She has already filed for divorce in court. While the reason behind the separation is still not known, the divorce isn’t happening on mutual terms.”

The 50-year-old actor married the 40-year-old Kashmiri entrepreneur in 2016 in an intimate ceremony at her Mumbai residence. It was a close-knit ceremony with only a couple of film industry members, such as fashion designer Manish Malhotra.
