The much-anticipated movie will hit theaters on September 12, 2025. Alongside Varun and Janhvi, the film boasts a stellar ensemble cast, including Sanya Malhotra, Maniesh Paul, Akshay Oberoi, and Rohit Saraf in key roles. Directed by Shashank Khaitan, known for Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania, Badrinath Ki Dulhania, and Dhadak, the film promises to be a delightful entertainer.

Produced by Karan Johar, Adar Poonawalla, Apoorva Mehta, and Shashank Khaitan, the film follows the story of Sunny (Varun Dhawan), a carefree and fun-loving guy, and Tulsi Kumari (Janhvi Kapoor), a cultured and serious girl. Despite their contrasting personalities, fate brings them together, leading to an unexpected love story.

Originally slated for release on April 18, 2025, the film was postponed as the makers wanted to enhance its entertainment quotient. Reports suggest that Karan Johar and Shashank Khaitan decided to add more engaging elements, including additional scenes, grand destination wedding sequences, and possibly two new songs, to elevate the film’s appeal.

With an exciting premise and a talented cast, Sunny Sanskari Ki Tulsi Kumari is shaping up to be a must-watch romantic entertainer.
