If the weekend was quite good for ‘Gabbar Is Back’, the weekdays too had collections pouring in. ‘Gabbar Is Back’ has done a business of approximately ₹60 crore in its first week run. ‘Gabbar Is Back’ is the second highest grosser of 2015 and it is still raking in decent money at the box office.

The film enters the second week with an opportunity to score further. But the second week serves as main challenge for “Gabbar Is Back”, as Amitabh Bachchan-Deepika Padukone-Irrfan Khan starrer “Piku” has hit the theatres. “Piku” has been carrying strong word of mouth and is expected to open well at the box office, giving tough competition to Akshay’s film. On the other hand, the Krish directed film has got good number of shows in the second week as well which should work in its favor.

All eyes are now on Akshay Kumar’s ‘Gabbar Is Back’, a good run in the second week with a steady third weekend would be the deciding factor for the movie.

Do you feel that Gabbar is Back will cross the 100 crore mark soon?
