Baadshaho, Shubh Mangal Saavdhan

The Monday business of ‘Shubh Mangal Saavdhan’ was slightly less than that of its opening day whereas the business of ‘Baadshaho’ was almost half of its opening day. Now, The Tuesday business of the movies has come out, and it is better than that of Monday. Yes, surprisingly both the movies have shown slight growth in numbers on Tuesday. Clearly, people are taking interest in watching both the movies.

To start with Milan Luthria’s ‘Baadshaho’, it grossed Rs 5.50 crore nett on Tuesday, better than the Monday numbers. The overall collection of the movie is Rs 47.35 crore nett approximately. In places like UP, Bihar, Nizam and Maharashtra, the numbers are really good but it isn’t exactly the same everywhere. Both single screens and multiplexes are showing similar trends in each circuit. Talking about ‘Shubh Mangal Saavdhan’, the movie held strongly on Tuesday as the business was better than the first day. The movie did a business of Rs 2.75 crore nett on Tuesday, which is better than its opening day collection of Rs 2.75 crore nett. The total business of the movie so far is Rs 19.29 crore nett. The movie has already crossed the first week business of ‘Bareilly Ki Barfi’ which raked in Rs 18 crore nett plus in seven days.

So, let’s see how these movies take shape in terms of numbers when new movies enter the market on Friday.
