‘Madaari’ collects Rs. 1.6 crore on first Monday

Irrfan Khan starrer ‘Madaari‘ has opened to rave reviews at the box office, with people liking the content as well as performances in the film.

The movie which has hit the theatres last Friday has already collected a net domestic total of Rs.12.85 crore and gross total of Rs. 18.45 crore in four days. The film’s first Monday collection came to Rs. 1.6 crore net and Rs. 2.3 crore gross, in India.

The movie starring Irrfan and Jimmy Sheirgill was also released in UK with almost 100 prints, to cash in on Irrfan’s popularity in the foreign market.
