Shah Rukh Khan

Shah Rukh Khan‘s ‘Raees’ took just a week to enter the 100 crore club. After nine days, the film has Rs 111.75 crore in its kitty. However, it witnessed a huge fall as soon as it entered the second week.

With almost 30% drop in footfall in theatres, ‘Raees’ is likely to have a tougher second week. The film has outpaced competitor ‘Kaabil’ with around Rs 45 crore nett. However, with this fall, the second week will have mostly similar collections in store for both.

At the same time, ‘Kaabil’ has released in 200 new screens, following the rave reviews it received. That might turn a reason of worry for ‘Raees’ makers. (Also Read: ‘Raees’ box office collection day 7: The Shah Rukh Khan-starrer enters 100 crore club)
