Filmmaker Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s niece Sharmin was in news to maker her Bollywood debut for quite some time. However, we hear while the young actress was prepping for her role, the film will now finally go on floors in July this year.

The film was supposed to go on floors last year, however, the reason for the delay is still unknown. To be directed by Mangesh Hadawale the film will see two fresh faces including Sharmin and Jaaved Jaaferi’s son Mizaan.

“The director of the film wanted to capture the rains and hence he has decided to start the film by July. Few portions of the film will be captured in heavy rains as its part of the script,” a source said. (Also Read: Exclusive: Deepika Padukone to reunite with Sanjay Leela Bhansali?)

The film in which Segal and Meezan are to be launched will be ‘beyond socially irrelevant, hackneyed plots and clichéd characters’ and will be contemporary in its tone.
