Dhurandhar: The Revenge is rewriting box office history even before its release. The Ranveer Singh-led action spy thriller has recorded phenomenal Rs 200 Cr in advance booking numbers globally, setting the stage for a record-breaking opening weekend. The sequel continues to break box office records both domestically and internationally, even four days ahead of its release on March 19, coinciding with Eid, Ugadi, and Gudi Padwa. Already, the film has crossed Rs 125 crore in India and Rs 200 crore globally through pre-sales.

According to trade tracking portal Sacnilk, Dhurandhar: The Revenge has crossed a massive Rs 200 crore in worldwide pre-sales for its opening weekend, making it the first Bollywood film to achieve this milestone. Additionally, the film is also eyeing a Rs 100 crore+ opening day purely from advance bookings, indicating unprecedented demand across markets.

Dhurandhar 2 is reportedly only the 5th Indian film ever to hit 200 crores in advance sales, after Pushpa 2, Leo, RRR, and Baahubali 2, and the first Bollywood title to do so. Apart from the weekend sales, the film has crossed 100 crores in opening day pre-sales alone, including premiere shows, making it one of the strongest Day 1 advances ever recorded.

The film has witnessed extraordinary traction not just in India but also in international territories, with strong premiere sales and high occupancy trends across key regions. The surge in ticket sales highlights the massive anticipation surrounding the sequel, which follows the blockbuster success of the first Dhurandhar film.

In India, advance booking trends have been equally impressive. Dhurandhar The Revenge has already grossed over Rs 73 crore for its opening day (excluding block seats), including premiere shows, while overseas pre-sales for day one have surpassed Rs 35 crore. Both multiplex chains and single-screen theatres are witnessing strong traction, with industry projections hinting at one of the biggest openings in Indian cinema history.
