Aditya Dhar’s action spy thriller, Dhurandhar – starring Ranveer Singh, Akshaye Khanna, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Rampal, R Madhavan and other, is showing no signs of stopping – be it in India or overseas. As the film continues to mint an upwards of Rs 20 crore domestically, it has also managed to keep the international invested too. In the latest social media post of the makers, it has been revealed that Dhurandhar’s domination at the worldwide box office is showing no signs of slowing down. As per their post, the film has grossed Rs 862.23 crore domestically and Rs 238 crore overseas, taking it gross worldwide collection to an impressive Rs 1100.23 crore.

Captioned with one of the film’s hard-hitting dialogues, “Ghayal Hoon, Isiliye Ghatak Hoon,” the maker wrote on Instagram, “A supreme force, by every measure”

It’s to be noted that Dhurandhar has amassed over Rs 1100 crore globally despite being banned in one of Indian film’s main markers – the Gulf. For the unversed, the Ranveer Singh, Akshaye Khanna starrer has been banned in 6 Gulf countries – Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the UAE. The reason for the ban was said to be authorities reportedly objecting to the film’s anti-Pakistan messaging.

Giving the film a 4-star rating, Bollywood Bubble wrote in its review, “Hamza is not a larger-than-life super spy like Tiger or Pathaan, he’s an every day, simple man who is willing to move mountains and rivers to keep his country safe. The makers have made sure his character is human and that the biggest plus for the film. Dhurandhar’s music, cinematography and dialogues along with a well-written but lengthy script also deserve rounds of applauds.”
